Whether you’re just starting your Pilates journey or you’re already a seasoned expert, we’ve got something for you at Avalon Pilates. We have a large range of classes from fundamental style classes right up to dynamic Reformer Pilates and our signature Tower burn classes. We also have a separate space for 1-1s & 1-2s with all of the studio Pilates equipment (cadillac, chair, Reformer & ladder barrel) for a more personalised session.
