Tower Burn Pilates Earlsfield

Experience an intense full-body workout with Tower Burn Pilates, combining strength, flexibility, and cardio for maximum fitness results.

What is Tower Burn Pilates?

A Tower Burn class is different from Reformer Pilates as it’s a mat connected to a tower unit, using independent springs as opposed to the Reformer which uses a pulley system. This offers a whole new repertoire of Pilates and if you like Mat Pilates, Reformer and Barre, then this is your kind of class. You don’t find these classes in every Reformer Pilates studio and don’t worry you’re still working with resistance so there is no room to escape! It’s open to all levels (most people haven’t done Tower before). Enjoy that Tower burn!

"Really enjoyed this Tower class, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect as I hadn't tried Tower Pilates before, but Gurdev was extremely warm and welcoming. The class was suited for all levels, both newbies and experienced. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back"
