Reformer Pilates Jumpboard

The Reformer Pilates Jumpboard is an accessory that attaches to the foot of the Reformer machine. This then transforms it into a horizontal jumping surface which allows for a low-impact, cardio workout while maintaining the core strengthening and flexibility benefits of traditional Reformer Pilates. 

The Jumpboard can help improve cardiovascular fitness, leg strength, coordination, and overall endurance without placing excessive stress on your joints. It’s great for marathon training too!

Do I need any special equipment for Jumpboard Reformer Pilates?

You'll just need Pilates socks with grip soles and a water bottle. The studio provides the Reformer machine and Jumpboard attachment and if you don't have any grippy socks, you can buy them at our studio.

What happens during a Jumpboard group session?

You will take part in high-energy exercises on the Reformer, focusing on cardio fitness and muscle toning. Group sessions can have up to 9 people and last for 50 minutes.

How do I know if I'm ready for Jumpboard Reformer Pilates?

If you enjoy a dynamic, cardio-focused workout and are comfortable with basic Pilates exercises, you are probably ready for Jumpboard Reformer Pilates. Our instructors can also help assess your readiness.
