Location & Opening Times

Our studio is based at 10A Ravensbury Terrace, London, SW 18 4SD. Avalon is a 6 minute walk from Earlsfield train station, 20 minute walk from Southfields and 15 minute walk from Wimbledon park.

We are open Monday to Friday, 7am – 8pm, Saturdays from 8am to 1pm, and on Sundays from 9am to 1pm.

This is an advanced Reformer Pilates class so it’s Pilates taken up a notch in terms of intensity. Think longer plank holds, stronger springs and a higher heart rate.

Reformer Pilates Jumpboard

The jumpboard is when you have a jumpboard placed at the end of the Reformer. The jumpboard gives you the sensation of jumping & running but you’re often lying down!

Towerburn Pilates

Tower classes are our current clients favourite and our studio's USP. It's an intense full-body workout on the Tower bed, combining strength, flexibility, and stamina for maximum fitness results.

Vinyasa & Yin Yoga

Yoga is the practice of movement, breathwork and mindfulness that is a great form of exercise that also calms and centres you. We have a range of Yoga practices from Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin.

Barre

Barre is a full-body workout that combines ballet barre, Yoga, Pilates and dance. It targets those tiny muscles and gives you such a great burn. You mostly work with the barre, but you also work with other Pilates props and weights.

Mat Pilates Sculpt

Mat Pilates is Pilates using your bodyweight and props, completed on a mat, rather than the Reformer machine. Mat Pilates helps to lengthen, strengthen and balance your body while also increasing concentration and flexibility.

Strength

This class will be led by a Personal Trainer and will be strength and/or HIT based to get the endorphins high. This will be a combination of weight training and cardiovascular high intensity training.

How to get started with joining a class at Avalon Pilates Earlsfield

Step 1 - Book your class

BOOK

Pay for your Introductory Offer first. Choose between the All Access Trial pack (4 classes) or the 8 x All Access Trial Membership Offer (8 classes). This is the best cost-effective way to access the studio.

Step 2 - Get ready for your class

CHOOSE

Once you've set up a profile and paid for your Intro offer you're now ready to book in a class! Go in and book in your classes. This can all be done via the website or our Avalon Pilates app.

Step 3 - Attend and enjoy your rerformer pilates class

Now you're ready to come. Arrive 5 minutes early and socks are compulsory (we sell grippy socks in the studio). See you soon!
